Where organisations such as schools and emergency services apply the EAAR system for bulk alert or emergency notification it is critical that the credits available need to be at lease twice the number required in the case of an emergency plus another 25% (at least) to enable safe coverage in the case of an emergency.
There may be situations in the emergency when subsequent messages need to be sent as follow-ups to the initial message. This needs to be considered when allocation credits to this application.
